Prior to APX. Jesús worked as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Citi in the Latin America team where he executed some of the most relevant transactions across various sectors that have shaped the landscape. Jesús led the M&A and Capital Markets efforts and was sector captain for various sectors across the region.
Jesús has completed more than US $10.5 bn in M&A transactions, US $6.0 bn in equity issuances and US $2.3 bn in debt issuances.
Today, Jesus is devoted to take XInfra to the public markets. XInfra is an infrastructure fund focused on brown fields, with stabilized cashflows, creating value via the optimization of operations, improving capital structures, and scaling revenue flows, among other strategies. Jesús holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from ITAM.
Ignacio currently serves as CFO at FHipo.
Prior to FHipo, he worked as an investment banker in a well-known investment bank.
His responsibilities included a long record of executing mergers and acquisitions, debt structuring and capital raising transactions, which were carried out by companies in the United States, Mexico and Latin America, in a wide variety of sectors, including multiple transactions with different government entities.
Xavier is Investment Principal and Co-Founder, he actively participates in analyzing deal flow and executing M&A, equity raising, and investments transactions.
He is also Co-Founder and CFO of APx Acquisition Corp. I (SPAC).
Before joining APx Capital, Xavier served as Vice President of Investments and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) at FHipo. He is co-founder of Yave, an online mortgage origination platform, and was the Business Development Officer (BDO).
Xavier holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management with majors in finance and strategy.
Patricia Montiel Font is currently the Legal Counsel at APx Capital. She is also Legal Director of CH Asset Management at FHipo.
She has extensive experience in the administration and sale of credit portfolios of various financial institutions.
Previously, Patricia was a partner at Montiel Font y Asociados, S.C., as well as a law firm specializing in corporate and financial law called Casares, Castelazo, Frías y Zárate, S.C.
Throughout her professional career, Patricia has worked at financial institutions such as the Institute for the Protection of Banking Savings (IPAB) and Chévez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cia., S.C. Patricia obtained a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s degree in Humanities from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte.
